What is the cost to attend Code Connect and do I need a ticket?
Attending our Code Connect events is completely free of charge. However, you will need to order a complimentary ticket to secure your spot.
No registration is necessary to attend online. It is important to note that registration is event-specific,
meaning you will need to order a ticket for each event you wish to attend – there are no combo or multi-day passes.
When will tickets for the Code Connect 2026 series become available and how can I secure my spot?
Tickets for the Code Connect series will be released on April 10th at 4pm CEST. You can reserve your tickets via the Tito platform.
After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation email from support@tito.io. If prompted in the confirmation email,
complete your registration by assigning each ticket to a unique named attendee and providing all required information.
This step is crucial to verify your tickets. Please pay dedicated attention to enter correct data (Name, Company etc.)
as it will be leveraged to create your physical ticket as entry key for the event. So please try to avoid
typos and flaws. You will receive a second confirmation email once registration is complete.
If you don't receive these emails, please check your spam folder. Ensure that you complete the registration within
3 days of receiving the confirmation email to keep your tickets valid.
If I am unable to attend in-person, what options do I have?
You can join your preferred event online! All events provide some live-stream content. No registration is required.

How can I cancel my ticket for a specific event?
Until June 7th, 2026, you can cancel your ticket through a link in your ticket confirmation email You can find this link in your confirmation email (sent from support@tito.io). If you cannot find the email, use Tito's Lookup Tool to retrieve it by entering the email address you used to register the ticket.
After June 7th, 2026, cancellations must be requested by contacting us at contact@code-connect.dev. Please include a valid reason for your inability to attend.
Can I transfer my ticket to another attendee?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee. To do so, find the ticket link in your confirmation email (sent from support@tito.io). If you cannot find it, use Tito's Lookup Tool to
retrieve it by entering the email address you used to register the ticket. Ticket transfers through Tito are only possible until June 7th, 2026.
After this date, please contact contact@code-connect.dev with the new attendee's full name and email address (cc the new attendee).
Can I share my badge with my colleagues?
No, sharing badges is not allowed. Each participant is required to have their own unique and registered badge.
Early Bird Ticket
What are Early Bird Tickets?
Early Bird tickets are a limited number of tickets available for attendees who need to plan and arrange their travel well in advance, especially those traveling long distances.
These tickets allow attendees to secure their spot at the event and make necessary travel arrangements with confidence.
For which Code Connect conferences can I apply for an Early Bird ticket?
Early Bird tickets are available for all conferences in the Code Connect series: UI5con, reCAP, and HANA Tech Con.
How many Early Bird tickets are available?
Early Bird tickets are limited to 30 for each conference.
Do I have to pay for an Early Bird ticket immediately or only when the formal registration
starts?
Tickets for Code Connect 2026 events are provided free of charge (please refer to Tickets & Regitration above) but come with limited availability.
Early Bird tickets are even more limited to ensure participants with extensive travel and accommodation
arrangements have the opportunity to secure a ticket in good time before the event.
How do I apply for an Early Bird ticket and what is the latest application date?
To apply for an Early Bird ticket, simply fill out the central Early Bird
ticket application form. This single form allows you to apply for an Early Bird ticket for any of the conferences within the Code Connect series.
The latest day to apply for an Early Bird ticket is March 24, 2026, at 11:59 pm CEST.
What happens after I submit my Early Bird ticket application?
After submitting your application, you will receive a notification about its status within 2 weeks.
How can I return my Early Bird ticket in case I cannot attend the event?
Please refer to the cancellation process outlined in the Tickets &
Registration section above.
Can I apply for Early Bird tickets for multiple people or my team?
No, Early Bird tickets are strictly for individual applicants. For group arrangements,
please consider our
Sponsorship Packages, which also include ticket contingents suitable for teams.
What if I do not need to plan my travel far in advance?
If advanced booking is not a requirement for you, regular ticket registration will be available starting April 10, 2026, at 4 pm CEST.

When and where does Code Connect 2026 take place?
Code Connect 2026 will take place July 13th-16th at SAP University in St. Leon-Rot and our venue,

Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available onsite. Wi-Fi access details will be provided at check-in and in the event app.
Will there be food and beverages at the venue?
Yes, we will provide food and drinks throughout the event, including breakfast, lunch, snacks,
and refreshments including coffee. Vegetarian options will be available for all meals.
If you have special dietary requirements, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Is there any place to store my bags or luggage?
Yes, there will be a secure room available for bag and luggage storage. Just ask at the registration
desk.
Is there a specific dress code?
Not at all! Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We will also be dressed casually.
