Explore the Foundations of AI applications with SAP HANA Cloud: ML, Vectors, Knowledge Graphs!
By the end of this session, you’ll have built examples that leverage SAP HANA Cloud as a versatile back-end
for the modern Artificial Intelligence applications. You will know how to leverage the SAP HANA Vector
Engine for high dimensional embeddings—building a vector store that supports semantic similarity search.
In addition you will be able to Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enrich generative
AI outputs with precise, up-to-date data. You explored how to model and query a Knowledge Graph
inside SAP HANA using RDF triples to extract semantic relationships. And, last not least you’ll have
gained insight into how to integrate HANA with LangChain to build AI apps that orchestrate prompt
workflows, execute database statements, and navigate knowledge graphs—all directly from Python,
in this case.
